“My interest in training started when I joined the Army at 17, becoming a PTI (Physical Training Instructor). I discovered a passion for teaching, and it became clear that I was not only good at it but thoroughly enjoyed it. That interest continued after I left the army and joined the Fire Service, where I gained further instructor and teaching qualifications.”
